President & CEO

Brian Estridge

Estridge, the “Voice of the TCU Horned Frogs,” is an award-winning play-by-play radio broadcaster for TCU athletics for more than 25 years.

Fort Worth Colonial Charities, the philanthropic arm of Colonial Country Club and the Charles Schwab Challenge, has named longtime TCU broadcaster and community leader Brian Estridge as its new President and CEO. Estridge brings decades of experience in media, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership, having recently served with United Way of Tarrant County and volunteered with organizations like HOPE Farm and The Salvation Army.

His appointment aligns with the charity’s renewed mission to expand its impact through youth development, education, and enrichment initiatives. Since its founding in 2013, Fort Worth Colonial Charities has donated nearly $3.8 million to local causes and continues to serve as a key force for good in the community.

Communications

Drew Harris

Drew Harris is the founder of First Pitch Public Relations, a Fort Worth-based sports communications firm. He serves as Communications Director for the Ben Hogan Award, Davey O’Brien Award, Armed Forces Bowl, First Responder Bowl, and Drew Medford Memorial Tournament.

His clients also have included TCU Athletics, UT Arlington Athletics, Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, Texas Golf Hall of Fame and the Texas League of Professional Baseball Clubs.

The native of Peosta, Iowa, previously served as the Sports Information Director at UW-Green Bay for three years and as Associate Director of Athletics Media Relations at TCU for eight years.

After graduating from Iowa State University in 1998 with a degree in journalism/mass communication and political science, he worked in the public relations departments of the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL), Kansas City Royals (MLB) and Kansas City Wizards (MLS). He and his wife, Rachel, have three children, Grant, Ben and Gracie.

Caroline Durham is the founder of CND PR, a Fort Worth-based boutique agency specializing in social media, content creation, events, and marketing. She leads communications and media relations for clients including the Charles Schwab Challenge PGA TOUR event.

A Fort Worth native, Durham earned a bachelor’s degree in sports broadcasting and strategic communication from Texas Christian University. She brings a strong background in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and event marketing, driven by a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Rob Hood

Deeply committed to the Fort Worth community, past President of Colonial Country Club and served as Chairman of the Charles Schwab Challenge PGA Tour event.

Rob Hood is a seasoned commercial real estate investor and manager with a diverse background in business leadership and community service. He was the co-founder and CEO of Hood Transportation, a multi-modal transportation and warehousing company, and has played an active role as an investor and board member in several software companies focused on loan origination and servicing.

Deeply committed to the Fort Worth arts community, Rob served as Chairman of the Board of Casa Mañana Theatre and also stepped in as Interim Executive Producer during a pivotal time for the organization. He is a past President of Colonial Country Club and served as Chairman of the Charles Schwab Challenge PGA Tour event from 2017 to 2020.

Treasurer

Jim Leito

A volunteer for numerous not-for-profits and advisory councils, Leito has served on the Board of Directors of the Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation (Stephens Foundation) for over 20 years.

A Founding Partner of Hartman Leito and Bolt, LLP, the firm merged with BDO USA, LLP in 2014 and Jim retired in June 2016 from BDO. He currently provides accounting and business
consulting to Family Offices, having performed the role of trusted business advisor to many long-term clients including assisting them in the sale of their business. A volunteer for numerous not-for-profits and advisory councils, Leito has served on the Board of Directors of the Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation (Stephens Foundation) for over 20 years. That Foundation has raised funds in the local community to assist students attending Catholic schools in the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth as well as provide much needed support to children diagnosed with cancer. Stephens Foundation has donated over $2,200,000 in tuition assistance to over 3,000 students, making it the second largest source of financial aid to diocesan Catholic
school students. The non-profit has provided financial assistance of over $350,000 to more than 250 children battling cancer. The Cook’s Children Cancer Patient Room, Ronald McDonald House Cancer Patient Family Room, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation have also received upwards of $100,000 from Stephens Foundation to support children and families. A member of the PGA Tournament Committee at Colonial Country Club since 1992, the tournament is currently sponsored by Charles Schwab and is recognized worldwide as the “Charles Schwab
Challenge”. Leito has served the Tournament in numerous capacities including a 10-year period as the Chief Operating Officer. That tenure included the 2020 event when the PGA Tour suspended the competition in March due to Covid-19. Colonial was notified in

April that the TOUR was going to return to play in June of 2020 with “No Fans” at Colonial Country Club. Jim was part of a leadership team that planned and coordinated the event, achieving all the goals it was charged with accomplishing and allowing the worldwide professional golf community to return to normalcy. He is currently serving the Tournament in an advisory capacity.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling with friends and family, spending time at the lake - boating and fishing with his personal fishing coach and wife of 45 Years, Carol.

Julie Butner

Julie Butner serves as President and CEO of the Tarrant Area Food Bank, serving thirteen counties in North Texas, one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States.

Julie Butner serves as President and CEO of the Tarrant Area Food Bank, serving thirteen counties in North Texas, one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. The Tarrant Area Food Bank works with over 500 community partners to distribute more than one million meals each week to a half million residents facing food insecurity. Julie’s leadership began three short months before the onset of a global pandemic. Julie led the food bank through unprecedented times, providing record amounts of food for the community. Tarrant Area Food Bank saw an 80% increase in the need for food and doubled the amount of food procured and processed in its distribution center, an historic record of food distribution and one that continues today to meet population growth.

Julie has led the food bank to develop innovative strategies to fulfill the food bank’s mission to alleviate hunger and improve health. As a result of her leadership, the food bank has increased and diversified its donor base, while making historic investments in building the capacity of the food bank to meet the growing need. Notably, Julie has led the food bank in establishing healthcare partnerships and initiatives, expanding the food bank’s community resource capacity, and opening four new facilities including the Sid W. Richardson Agricultural Hub, a regional produce hub; the Ready to Learn Resource Center, a child-centric community resource hub for neighbors, children, and families; and two satellite branches – Tarrant Area Food Bank West in Parker County and TAFB North in Denton County.

Prior to joining the Tarrant Area Food Bank in January 2020, Julie held executive leadership roles in the healthcare and hospitality industries, specifically focused on food and nutrition, in operations and business development. Julie also served as a Captain in the United States Army during Operation Desert Storm.
Julie graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Coordinated Dietetics and holds a Master of Science in Food Systems Management with
an emphasis in Health Promotion from the University of Oklahoma. Julie is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian.

Julie serves the Fort Worth community through leadership roles in many organizations including: Feeding America Board of Directors, Feeding Texas Board of Directors, Texas Christian University Chancellor’s Advisory Committee and the Nutritional Sciences Advisory Board, Fort Worth Colonial Charities Board of Directors, Rotary, Colonial Country Club Board of Governors, Charles Schwab Challenge Executive Women's Day, Delta Gamma Fraternity, Fort Worth Sister Cities, and The Cowtown Marathon.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys running, yoga, golf, and travels with her husband of thirty years, Greg, and their two Labrador retrievers.

Tim Bostick

Tim works closely with ambitious wealth creators who seek the strength and market leadership of a premier financial organization.

Tim Bostick is a Vice President and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Tim works closely with C-level executives, business stakeholders, individuals, family offices and other ambitious wealth creators who seek the strength and market leadership of a premier financial organization. With Fort Worth as home since entering Texas Christian University in 1983, he serves as a conduit to the scale and scope of J.P. Morgan’s capabilities, delivering them at a local level so that clients can accomplish their goals in one place.

Tim takes a consultative approach to understand individuals’ priorities and the impacts they would like their wealth to make on their families, legacies and communities. He is a creative problem solver and sounding board who helps guide them in making informed decisions that align with their critical goals. Tim collaborates with a team of specialists to integrate recommendations for banking, lending, portfolio management, trust and estate planning, and other elements of wealth. He loves a good challenge, and enjoys connecting clients to J.P. Morgan’s lines of business to explore synergies and innovative ideas.

Throughout his professional career, Tim has honed a talent for engaging easily with people and listening to their success stories. He began at Texas Commerce Bank, a predecessor firm of J.P. Morgan, where his focus was on credit and investment banking for corporate and energy companies. Like many of his clients, Tim has an entrepreneurial spirit, and he co-founded an executive search firm placing board directors, C-suite officers and presidents in multiple markets within the industrial, finance, private investment and private equity sectors. In his return to J.P. Morgan, he has come full circle to the relationships that helped launch his financial journey.

Tim earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University. He has volunteered as a mentor with the Junior Achievement Program and sits on the board of Fort Worth Colonial Charities. He is a member of University Christian Church.

Family is at the center of Tim’s world. He and his wife have two grown sons and a Chocolate Lab, Goose. He loves to play golf and music, and when possible, fish the Texas Gulf Coast.

Craig C. Lesok

Craig Lesok is a Fort Worth attorney with over 20 years of experience and a strong record of service on local nonprofit boards.

A lifelong Fort Worth resident, Craig is deeply committed to serving the community that has shaped his personal and professional life. As a graduate of Trinity Valley School, Craig earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from South Texas College of Law.

In 2003, Craig founded Craig C. Lesok, PLLC, where he has practiced law for over 20 years. His practice is focused primarily on representing banks and lenders in the origination of loans, closings, curative title, litigation, bankruptcy, and general collections. Known for his integrity and attention to detail, Craig has built a trusted reputation in both the legal and real estate communities.

Beyond his professional work, Craig is actively involved in philanthropic and community service. He has served on the board of directors for Communities in Schools for well over a decade and has been a member of the Ben Hogan Award Committee and its board of directors for the past fifteen years. He is proud to further his commitment to Fort Worth through his role on the board of Fort Worth Colonial Charities.

In his free time, Craig enjoys playing golf and tennis, spending time at the lake, traveling, and spending time with his family—his wife, Alicia, and their two daughters, Janie and Charlotte.
