Executive Women’s Day (EWD): Elevating Women, Empowering Community
Executive Women’s Day is Fort Worth’s premier forum dedicated to empowering and connecting executive-level women. It provides a platform for:
- Corporate dialogue and leadership development
- Networking and innovation
- Idea sharing across industries
- Philanthropic engagement through community investment
EWD is more than a one-day event—it’s a movement that leverages the influence of women to build stronger communities in Tarrant County.
The theme “Help A Sister Up (HASU)” represents the heart of the event. Women uplifting women through empowerment, support, and shared success and encouraging attendees to use their wealth, voice, and power to elevate other women. Integrating charitable giving is a key element of corporate leadership and this theme is woven throughout all programming, speaker content, and fundraising efforts.
Through a philanthropic partnership with Fort Worth Colonial Charities (FWCC) and the Charles Schwab Challenge, EWD contributes directly to local non-profit organizations. The funds support local programming for victims of domestic violence and abuse, youth education, mentorship, and leadership development and career training and economic empowerment.
